Avis Ignored Warranty Issues on My Second-Hand Car's Injector Problems
I contacted Otokoç on the same day I purchased my second-hand vehicle because I experienced issues and left the car at their service center. The problems were the transmission chain noise and injector noise. The car stayed at the service center for more than 1.5 months. When I received the vehicle, the transmission chain noise had been resolved, but I noticed that no intervention had been made regarding the injectors. A week later, I scheduled an appointment, but the earliest available date was a month later. During this time, the three-month warranty period expired. When I brought the car back to the service center, I was told the injectors needed to be replaced. When I initially left the vehicle at the service center, the injectors had already been removed, taken outside by Avis, and returned. When I asked why they were not addressed back then, I was told to contact Avis. When I called Avis, they said they couldn’t intervene because the warranty had expired, despite my explanation that the injectors had been taken from the service center by Avis. I cannot find anyone to address my issue. I’ve been waiting in vain for 3.5-4 months and cannot use my car. No one has resolved my problem. Customers are left to bear the consequences of their mistakes, and no one is willing to help.
