My boiler failed within 3 months. He made a diagnosis on the phone before the last different service came and said that there was a problem because the boiler was not maintained and that there was a fee of 500 TL. Customer service confirmed this as well. I wonder if the problem with the 3-month-old machine was due to lack of maintenance? We agreed, it was cleaned, when I opened the fountain to try, they saw that boiling water started to flow and as a solution, it was said that if I opened the fountain all the way, the water would be warm. When I opened the fountain all the way and when I said that when you hold greasy dishes under it, water splashes up to the ceiling, they said that there was nothing they could do and left. My 7-year-old child cannot bathe in the bathroom, the water is too hot, Dad says, when we center the fountain, the water gets cold, and because the pressure drops, the service says, change the shower head, and it will be fixed. I'm pretty sure they were kidding. In my last call to customer service, the authorities from the region said that they will come, it has been 1 month and no incoming or outgoing.
