I ordered from WAFUU JAPAN and my order was shipped via FedEx shipment number 773293750181 arrived in Istanbul on September 8, I was not contacted until 4 days after the shipment arrived to inform me that the shipment was prohibited from entering and I had two options: either abandon the shipment or pay the price of its return in addition to the price of storage at customs, which could have been compensated. But, due to the delay in communicating with me, the matter became unsolvable. But it is worth noting your attempt to hold me responsible even though, Article No. 13.2 of your policy regarding customs clearance, states the following. "The Sender is responsible at its own expense for making sure goods shipped internationally are acceptable for entry into the destination country under the applicable laws and complying with all licensing or permitting requirements when applicable."
