FedEx, Why Are You Holding My Goods Hostage in Your Warehouse?

FedEx shows the delivery date of the product, which was shipped on 3/6/2024, as 4/6/2024 on the tracking system. However, at the end of the day on 4/6/2024, the description 'delayed' appeared on the tracking system, indicating that the delivery place kept it in its warehouse in Paris. There was no response to phone calls, emails, or messages on the system. Why was the delivery delayed? Why wasn't it made on 4/6/2024? Is there no alternative solution to this delay? Despite paying the penalty for the delay, there's still no sign of delivery. It's disappointing that FedEx, which seems to prioritize money over customer satisfaction, doesn't offer any assistance. This situation has cost us not just money but also time and caused unnecessary stress.
