FedEx Never Sends My Cargo Despite My Extra Payment

I ordered a laptop shipment with FedEx. This shipment was supposed to be door-to-door, but it arrived nearly two months ago to Istanbul and it still hasn't been delivered. FedEx didn't contact me and when I called them they gave me a number of a company to pay the customs. I called that company and they said they don't do transactions for refurbished products and they refused to help. After that I contacted FedEx again and I've tried anything and everything to receive my shipment or find some sort of solution but with no luck. Unfortunately this is not what I expect from a well respected company and from door to door service. FedEx is now threatening to destroy my shipment since it has not been delivered. I don't know what the solution is but this situation is very frustrating and I don't know what to do. I hope I can get help or a solution for this situation. Shipment number: 397113773708.
