FedEx Delays and Issues with Customs for $14 Package

I purchased a product from China, and FedEx was responsible for the shipping. However, FedEx has caused nothing but trouble and unnecessary complications throughout the process. They seem determined to avoid delivering the package or standing behind their service.
The item is worth just $14, yet FedEx directed me to involve a customs broker, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. This situation makes no sense for such a low-value item. A company that values its customers would never work with a shipping provider that handles deliveries so poorly. I urge FedEx to resolve this issue immediately and deliver my package without further excuses. It’s unacceptable to deal with such a lack of professionalism.
