FedEx Failed to Deliver My Package - Closed My Cases Unresolved

FedEx is deliberately not delivering my package with tracking number 880098089610. For about a month, they have failed to deliver the package I sent to my customer. I tried to get help through their website, opened two cases, but they closed both without resolving the issue. They did not deliver the package to the customer and kept creating problems. I attempted to reach out to them, but they provided no assistance, and their website is also dysfunctional. If regret could be represented by a company, it would definitely be FedEx. I strongly believe no one should ever work with this company; they have been dragging me along for a month, taking the money but not providing the service.
