I paid FastFormation.co £400 in June for a director appointment service for my UK company. Six months later, they have done absolutely nothing. They ignore my messages, refuse to respond, and have even blocked my number to avoid dealing with my issue.
To make matters worse, they don’t even know the director they supposedly appointed! If they fail to resolve this, I will take legal action against the company’s founder, E*** A****. They may think cross-border legal action is impossible, but my lawyer has confirmed otherwise. Their refusal to communicate and blatant disregard for their customers is unacceptable.
FastFormation.co must either complete the service immediately or issue a full refund. I strongly warn others against trusting this company!
