FastFormation Misled Me on UK Company Setup – Delays, Errors & Broken Promises

I hired FastFormation about four months ago to set up a limited company in the UK. Despite my clear request for a consultancy business, they registered it as an e-commerce company instead. They even made careless mistakes on basic details like my birth date and place. When I called to fix these issues, they kept stalling with empty promises of “We’ll handle it tomorrow,” dragging the process out for three months.

To make things worse, they charged me a hefty fee to close the company but never processed the paperwork on time as promised. This company is unreliable and unprofessional, failing to deliver on anything they say. I will pursue every legal action possible to recover my losses. Avoid them at all costs!
