FastFormation.co Delayed Director Appointment & Lack of Communication
I signed an agreement two months ago with FastFormation.co for a director appointment in the UK, and there has been zero progress since then. No updates, no communication, and no results—yet I paid for everything upfront.
At the beginning, the company was responsive and attentive, but once the payment was made, they completely disappeared. I send messages, but responses take hours—if I get one at all. Calls go unanswered, and there is absolutely no follow-up or transparency in the process.
I feel completely ignored and misled. FastFormation.co, where is my service? If there is an issue, communicate it! I demand an immediate update or a full refund for the services I never received.
They still haven't gotten back to me

It appears that the situation subject to your complaint is due to Amazon.
I want a refund of my money. Don't write as if you have dealt with me here. You blocked me. You never answered my calls and did not respond to my messages.
I regret so much doing business with them. Now they say the job didn't work out, open another account and let's do it through that. I say I can't open another account, they don't give me my money. They practically seized my money. On top of that, they don't call me, they send a message once a week as if to drag it out.
Nothing came out of the agreement I made on December 16th. No one cares, and they are not issuing a refund. I hereby inform you that I will file a legal complaint against e*** a****, whom I know as the owner of the company.
