FastFormation.co Failed VAT Registration and Address Update

In May 2023, I made a payment to FastFormation.co for my VAT registration. In December 2024, I paid again to extend my company’s registered address. However, after receiving no updates on my VAT application, I became suspicious and decided to investigate.

I requested a VAT application reference number from FastFormation, which they provided. When I contacted HMRC (UK tax authority), I was informed that this reference number was invalid, and no VAT registration had been made for my company.

During my investigation, I also discovered that my company’s registered address had been changed to HMRC’s office, meaning FastFormation never paid the address provider despite my payment. When I confronted them, they falsely claimed the address update was in progress, but nothing changed.

Now, they have completely stopped responding to emails and calls. I demand a full refund and an immediate resolution, as their negligence has caused significant issues. I strongly warn others against trusting this company.
