In October 2024, I purchased a company formation service from Fast Formation Ltd to establish a limited company in the UK. They successfully formed my company and sent me the incorporation documents; however, during the tax registration (UTR number) process, I experienced extreme negligence and a total lack of communication.
Even though five months have passed, I still haven’t received my UTR number. When I contacted HMRC (the UK tax authority), they informed me that the number had been sent by post. Later, I discovered that Fast Formation had changed my registered company address without my permission, approval, or even my knowledge. As a result, none of the correspondence from HMRC ever reached me.
They changed my company address multiple times, entirely on their own initiative, and never provided any formal notification. This not only caused serious confusion in my official company records but also created legal complications.
I’ve called Fast Formation at least 50 times throughout this ordeal. Every time, I only managed to speak with a receptionist who simply took notes but had no real information. Despite calling for four to five months, I never once received a callback. I also sent multiple emails, none of which were answered.
In short, they formed my company but made it completely non-functional. I currently don’t have a UTR number and therefore can’t even complete VAT registration. My company’s operations are entirely paralyzed, leading to significant financial losses and wasted time. To this day, they have not offered any solution and continue to stall and ignore me.
I will be filing formal complaints against Fast Formation Ltd with the Companies House, HMRC, and FCA in the UK.
