This is a formal complaint about my Germany VAT registration process with Fast Formation Co. I made my payment in October 2023, but the company didn’t start working on my case until March 2024. Despite repeatedly following up via WhatsApp, as of July 2025, I still have not received a single document or update regarding my registration.
I called their Ankara office numerous times, and every time I was told, “We’ll get back to you,” yet no one has ever returned my calls or provided any clear information. To make matters worse, they never even sent me an invoice for my payment. Normally, this type of process takes 2 to 6 months at most, but it has now been a year and a half with no progress whatsoever.
I am formally requesting a full refund from Fast Formation Co. for failing to provide the service I paid for.
