Fast Formation Ignored My Emails and Left My UK Business Open

I established a company in the UK through Fast Formation Ltd. Later, due to changes in my business plans, I decided to close the company and paid Fast Formation again to handle the dissolution process in October–November 2024.

However, in May 2025, I received an address change notice from Companies House at my residence. When I checked the company status, I discovered that my company was still active, meaning the dissolution had never been completed.

When I contacted Fast Formation representatives and staff, they told me that May 25, 2025, would be the final day of the dissolution process and that I would see the company marked as closed on that date. But as of June 2, 2025, the company remains open. The representative also told me that if I sent an email, they would forward the official dissolution documents — I emailed immediately, but received no reply. I tried calling multiple times, and no one answered.

I will now be filing a formal complaint with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor, providing payment receipts, chat transcripts, and screenshots as evidence.

Fast Formation, stop misleading people. You took my money but didn’t do your job.
