Fast Formation Closed My UK Company Without Permission and Filed Wrong Tax Return

Fast Formation is a completely irresponsible company that disappears after taking your money, performs incorrect transactions that put your business at risk, and is impossible to contact. My UK company was closed without my knowledge, my tax return was filed incorrectly, and now my eight-year business is under serious threat. Do not trust this company!

I set up my UK company through Fast Formation. I paid for the 2023 tax return service, waited for months, and got nothing but empty promises. Finally, in February 2025, after I filed a complaint, they contacted me and supposedly handled it — but even that was done incorrectly. Instead of filing the 2023 tax return, they submitted one for 2024, even though I hadn’t provided any financial data for that period.

The biggest shock came when I checked the Companies House system myself and found that my company had been dissolved on March 11, 2025 — without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted Fast Formation, they had no idea why or how it was closed. Based on my research, the issue likely stems from errors made by Fast Formation during the company address change process that I also handled through them.

As a result, my eight-year business is now at serious risk. Beyond losing the company they formed and the fees I paid, I may also face potential penalties from HMRC, which remain uncertain.

It didn’t stop there. In July 2024, I also purchased a Canada GST registration service from them and paid £400. The process was supposed to take no more than three months, yet months have passed and nothing has been done. Despite sending numerous messages, I received no response or progress.

The only thing I can say about this company: Never trust Fast Formation.

I’ve completely lost faith that they can fix any of these issues, and the situation has become irreversible. Therefore, I am demanding a full refund for all payments made:

Total: £1,450

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will publicly expose these issues across all platforms and within the Amazon business community, where I’ve been active for eight years. In addition, I will initiate legal proceedings to recover not only my payments but also all financial and emotional damages caused by Fast Formation.
