FastFormation.co Failed to Appoint Officer for My LLC – No Response After 100 Days

On October 22, 2024, I contacted FastFormation.co to appoint an officer for my LLC in the U.S.. They assured me that the process would be completed within 7 to 10 days for a $120 fee. However, it has now been over 100 days, and nothing has been done.
I have repeatedly tried to reach them, but they do not respond. Calls and messages go unanswered, and I am left in the dark about the status of my request. This lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.
I demand immediate action or a full refund. If this is how they treat paying customers, others should think twice before using their services.
