Farfetch Held My Off-White Shoes at Customs and Refused Refund

I bought three Off-White shoes from Farfetch, but they got stuck at customs. Customs asked for extra money, so I requested a refund. Farfetch approved my refund request and said they would send me a code, but I’ve been waiting for weeks with no response. I’m currently a student in Macedonia and made my purchase through Farfetch Macedonia, but I couldn’t contact anyone there. Now that school is over, I returned to Turkey. I’m asking Farfetch Turkey to help me resolve this issue and communicate with the Macedonia branch. I’m frustrated and urgently need a solution. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
