I Never Received My Farfetch Order and Got No Refund—Two Months Waiting

Two months ago, I ordered a bag and shoes from Farfetch, but they never arrived. The items were returned, and apparently stuck in customs, but there’s no one to contact on the other side to resolve the issue. Farfetch hasn’t refunded my money either. I don’t understand how a company can operate like this. Many others seem to have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution? If so, please let me know. I’m frustrated and just want either my order or my money back. Farfetch, please take responsibility and fix this urgently before more customers suffer.
