If your FamPay wallet balance disappeared after a transfer, the first thing to check is whether the transfer actually went through:

Open FamPay/UPI history and note the transaction status and reference (UTR/RRN), because sometimes the app shows a wallet deduction before the network posts the credit or reversal.

If the status says successful but the recipient didn’t get it, contact FamPay support immediately with the transaction ID, amount, date/time and recipient details so they can trace it through the UPI network and check if it’s pending, credited or stuck.

You can do this from the app’s Help/Support section or by emailing their support team.

If it shows pending or failed, the amount often reverses automatically within 24–48 hours back to your FamPay wallet.

If it doesn’t, file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
