FamPay Transfer Successful but Recipient Did Not Receive Money
On 06/07/2026, I transferred money from my Fampay account to my sister’s account. The amount was debited from my Fampay account and the transaction is shown as “successful” in the app, but my sister has not received the money. Since the money has been deducted from my account without being credited to the recipient, I request that this failed transaction be investigated as soon as possible and the debited amount be refunded to my Fampay account at the earliest.
