I Can't Sell Digi Gold on Fampay

I am using Fampay in Gujarat and on 2 February I purchased Digi Gold worth approximately ₹9,700 through my account registered with the email address shivp**el8***@gmail.com. According to the information shown in the app, there is a 48-hour holding period after which I should be able to sell or withdraw my digital gold. However, today is 5 February and even after the holding period is over, I am still unable to sell my Digi Gold. When I try to sell or withdraw, the app shows messages such as “done” or asks me to wait 48 hours and says that a minimum of ₹10 is required to withdraw, so the transaction does not go through and my money remains stuck. I have already raised a complaint with Fampay support but so far I have not received any response or resolution. I trusted Fampay for this Digi Gold purchase and now I am very concerned because my ₹9,700 is blocked and I cannot access it. I kindly request that my Digi Gold sale/withdrawal be processed immediately and that the restriction or technical issue preventing the sale be resolved without any further delay, so that I can receive my money back in my account. I am not asking for any compensation; I only want to be able to sell and withdraw my Digi Gold normally.
