PhonePe UPI Scam: Fampay User Promised USDT but Blocked Me

I made three UPI payments from my PhonePe account on 18 September 2026 at around 11:30 a.m. to a Fampay user with the UPI ID p***taayush@fam and the name Aayush P***. The total amount I sent was ₹25,000, in three separate transactions of ₹5,000 and ₹10,000, which are visible in my PhonePe transaction history. I sent this money because the Fampay user promised to send me USDT worth about ₹50,000 to my Binance wallet. After receiving about half the agreed amount from me, he started asking for more money instead of completing his side of the deal, and then blocked me so that I could no longer contact him. I did not receive the promised USDT in return for the ₹25,000 I transferred. I request that Fampay urgently investigate this account, freeze this user’s funds, and return my ₹25,000 to me if possible. I also ask that appropriate action be taken against this user so that other people are not defrauded in the same way.
