FamPay Balance Issue
On 6 May, I added ₹6000 to my Fam app wallet through PhonePe, but the full amount did not appear in my wallet balance. Instead of ₹6000, only ₹5463 was credited. I did not receive any clear explanation about why ₹537 is missing from the amount I added. There was no prior information shown about any charges or deductions of this size at the time of loading money into the wallet. I request that Fam app urgently review this transaction, explain why the ₹537 difference occurred, and either credit the missing ₹537 to my Fam wallet or otherwise correct the issue so that the full ₹6000 I paid is properly reflected.
