They exchanged it, but the replacement suffered the same fate: an obnoxious high-pitched noise and excessive heating. It was back to the service center, heating issues were unresolved. I was fed up with swaps and demanded a refund for this broken mess. The service center promised a morning pickup, but there was some doubt about their sincerity. Their justification? The problem was caused by a clogged filter, which is an absurd excuse for such a high-end product. It's infuriating how many defective machines are on the market. Save yourself the trouble and let others deal with this purchase. As for us, we want a fair refund - every last penny of our hard-earned money.
