Fakir Vacuum Cleaner Broke After One Month and Repairs Didn't Help
I really don’t understand what kind of vacuum cleaner was given to us along with the mattress we bought from the Bambi Yatak store. I mean, this can’t be called a vacuum cleaner. I used it for less than a month, and the front part came loose. We sent it to service, but it wasn’t covered under the 2-year warranty, so we paid for the repair. That’s not even the worst part—after waiting so long for the repair, I got it back, used it on the first day, and the same problem happened again on the second day. I don’t even know what to say anymore. I regret buying it. I keep thinking, “I wish I hadn’t bought it.” What’s the point of getting a machine if you can’t even use it? Did we buy it as a decorative item? I’m tired of not being able to vacuum my house every single day and dealing with this vacuum cleaner’s issues. I’m curious how many more times I’ll have to send it in for repair and how many more times I’ll have to get it fixed. Please, just stop selling this vacuum cleaner; don’t put people through this hassle for nothing.
