Fakir Refuses to Refund My WD9 Vacuum Despite Ongoing Suction Issues
I purchased a Fakir WD9 cordless upright vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. Within two months of purchase, I noticed that its suction power was low and it left dirty water behind. Recently, this problem has started occurring during every use. Since this did not meet my expectations, I took the product to the service center and requested a refund. However, without inspecting the product or performing any repairs, the service claimed it was user error. Moreover, this information was not communicated to me directly; I only found out when I called. Despite my product being both under warranty and insured, my grievance has not been resolved. I also contacted Fakir customer service, but I was again told the issue was my fault and no solution was offered. I am firmly requesting a refund for the product, as I do not accept the claim that the problem was caused by user error, and I demand that my grievance be addressed.
