Fakir is Uninterested After Selling The Product

I bought an electric vacuum cleaner from a well-known online shopping platform about a year ago, with the promise of a 2-year warranty and the Fakir brand. Unfortunately, the parquet and carpet button on the vacuum's main nozzle broke before a year had passed, and the nozzle's gasket began to open, causing air leaks. I contacted Fakir for assistance because it was still under warranty. They quickly dismissed my claim, claiming that the nozzle was not covered under warranty. I would not have chosen this brand if they had only mentioned that the main body was covered by warranty at the time of purchase. It is unacceptable to sell such low-quality products that break within a year and to provide such poor customer service. I urge consumers to choose more reputable companies, as my experience with Fakir has been disappointing and frustrating.
