Fakir Pasteur Yogurt Maker Produces Watery Yogurt With Poor Texture

I have been using the Fakir Pasteur yogurt maker for about two years. At first, the machine worked very well and consistently produced yogurt with a good texture and taste. However, recently the yogurt has become extremely watery, has a very poor consistency, and does not taste good.
We believe the problem may be related to the machine’s temperature control. When we measured the temperature in the past, it would reach a maximum of around 42–43°C (108–109°F), and the yogurt turned out well. Now, however, the temperature rises much higher. The milk currently reaches approximately 47–48°C (117–118°F), which we believe is too high for the yogurt-making process and is preventing the yogurt from setting properly. Based on our measurements and the fact that the machine previously worked correctly, we suspect that the device is no longer regulating the temperature accurately.
I would like the machine to be inspected and repaired. If the temperature control system cannot be properly repaired, I request that the machine be replaced with a functioning unit.
