Arçelik Failed to Fix My EM 6395 Espresso Machine Despite Multiple Service Visits



I bought a fully automatic EM 6395 model fully automatic espresso machine. The milk tank was found to be faulty on the first computer of the machine. The service has changed. Then the coffee machine broke down again. He stopped making coffee. It was used in service and the service piston broke and was delivered to be repaired. But this time the coldness is conveyed. Additionally, the waste coffee container gives a full error for every cup until it is full. That's why I have to empty it every cup. During the control at the service, the milk temperature was found to be 49 degrees. In the technical specifications of the product, it says 60 degrees. They said they would request service. However, Bursa regional directorate says that these are normal and red. There are photos taken in the service regarding the errors given and the milk temperature. While I buy all my products from the Arçelik brand and recommend them to everyone, I was saddened by the fact that it eliminated friction. For this reason, we never recommend this machine. You too will remain in perfect condition. Complaint sites are full of complaints about this machine and irrelevant service.
