Fakir Blender Same Fault Recurred - Repair Fee Demanded After Service
I bought a Fakir blender in November 2023 and for a while it worked normally. About 6 months ago, the blender suddenly stopped working. I contacted the service for this problem and the device was repaired and given back to me. However, the same problem occurred again for the second time. When I took the blender back to the service, although the fault was exactly the same as before, this time I was told that I had to pay approximately ₺1,800–2,000 for the repair. I find it unacceptable that for the same recurring fault, which appears to be related to the product’s quality or durability, I am now being asked to pay such a high amount. I request that my Fakir blender be replaced with a new one without any charge, or that a permanent solution be provided without requesting a repair fee for the same problem.
