About a year ago, on 02.04.2024, I purchased a Nespresso F541 coffee machine as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, this product has completely disappointed us and has made us lose our enjoyment of coffee, as we have only been able to use it twice in a satisfying way. The main problem is that the machine serves milk-based coffees cold or at best lukewarm. From the first uses, every milk-based drink has been clearly below a reasonable serving temperature. When I contacted customer service by phone, I was told that it is “normal” for milk-based coffees to be served this way. I find this explanation unacceptable, especially considering that I did not pay over ₺10,000 to drink cold milk coffee at home. We have even served coffee to our guests, and they immediately commented that the coffee was cold, which was both embarrassing and frustrating. No one wants to drink lukewarm milk coffee, and if this performance is considered “normal”, then this product does not meet reasonable expectations for a premium coffee machine. For the amount of money paid, this Nespresso F541 machine has become the most useless item in our home, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the response I received from customer service. My machine’s serial/invoice reference number is: 24163640v0660078207t. I kindly request that my machine be subjected to a proper technical evaluation and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation of the result. If it is determined that the machine is not functioning correctly, I expect it to be repaired or replaced accordingly so that I can finally use a product that matches the price I paid and the Nespresso brand promise. I look forward to your prompt response and a definitive solution to this issue.

The milk coffee temperature issue of the Nespresso F541 model coffee machine has still not been resolved; the brand responded, but no concrete progress was made, and I experienced indifference throughout the process.
