I Got Unfairly Banned on FACEIT Premium and Received No Support Response

I was wrongfully banned while using FACEIT Premium, and I’m beyond frustrated. It seems that if enough players from your own team report you—whether it’s justified or not—you can get banned without any proper investigation. That’s exactly what happened to me. I paid for Premium, expected a fair experience, and ended up being punished for no valid reason.
To make things worse, I submitted a ticket to FACEIT Support hoping to get help or at least a review of my situation, but no one ever responded. It's incredibly disheartening that paying customers are treated like this. There’s no appeal process, no communication, nothing—just silence.
Because of this lack of accountability and support, I’ve canceled my Premium subscription. I’m extremely disappointed and urge FACEIT to address this unfair reporting system and support the users who actually fund their platform. At the very least, I deserve a proper explanation and a refund for the time I was wrongly banned.
