I was issued a 1-week ban on Faceit for so-called “verbal abuse,” even though I didn’t do anything that violates the rules. This feels like a baseless, automatic punishment—no warning, no clear reason, just an instant ban. I’ve sent an email asking for a review, but I don’t know if anyone will actually look into it.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’m a Premium member, and now one full week of my Premium subscription will be completely wasted. That’s money I paid, gone for nothing. I’m extremely disappointed with Faceit’s disciplinary system. They hand out bans without proper investigation and penalize paying users without hesitation.
Faceit, I demand a proper review of my case. If no rules were broken, this ban should be revoked immediately and my Premium time should be extended to make up for it. This is unfair, and I don’t accept the loss. I expect a timely and fair response.
