I Keep Getting Charged by FACEIT After Ban and Canceled Subscription

I’m beyond frustrated with FACEIT. Even though my account has been banned and I already canceled my subscription, they keep charging my card every month. This has been going on for several months now. I thought I had already taken care of this, but clearly the cancellation didn’t go through, and there’s no way to stop the billing from my end.

My card ending in 1036 continues to get billed, and I want this resolved immediately. My in-game name is RivalR6 Peek and my email is e************@gmail.com**. I haven’t been able to use my account due to the ban, so why am I still being charged? This is completely unacceptable.

FACEIT must stop charging me immediately and refund all unauthorized payments taken after the ban. I’ve already reached my limit with this. I expect a response and resolution without delay.
