I Lost My FACEIT Rank and Account Access After Smurf Accusation and No Support
FACEIT unfairly accused me of smurfing and dropped my account level from 8 down to 2. After that, I started encountering nonstop security issues and login problems. I’ve played over 999 matches—this account has years of effort and time behind it. Despite this, there is absolutely no way to reach a live support team or get proper help through their system.
I tried everything to recover my account, but the platform kept failing me. I ended up having to delete the account completely because it became unusable. Now, I can’t even link my CS account to a new FACEIT profile, which makes things even worse.
This situation is beyond frustrating. Why punish a loyal player without proof and then provide zero options for resolution? I demand that FACEIT restore my rank and help me re-access my account, or at the very least, allow me to link my CS account to a new profile. If FACEIT wants to keep its community, it must treat its players with fairness and transparency.
