I Got Banned on Faceit Without Just Cause and Can’t Reach Live Support for Help

I’m extremely frustrated with Faceit due to the lack of any live support or customer service. I was recently banned from a match for no valid reason. While I was joining the game, my client was still loading, and someone in the server deliberately kicked me just as the match started. It felt intentional—as if they were trying to get me banned.
I immediately wrote in the server chat, explaining that I was launching the game and would be there momentarily. Still, the system penalized me, and there was no way to contest the ban or explain my side. This is incredibly unfair, especially to new players or those dealing with brief technical delays.
Why doesn’t Faceit offer real-time support? A platform this large and profit-driven should absolutely have a support team you can speak to when issues like this arise. I just want to play the game fairly—not sit out because of a system that punishes players without context.
Faceit, you need to add live assistance and offer immediate solutions for these unfair bans. Players deserve better.
