I Can't Link My Steam to Faceit Due to Old Account Conflict Despite Verified Premium
Hello Faceit Support,
I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue I've been experiencing while trying to link my Steam account to my current Faceit account. When I attempted to integrate Steam, I discovered it was still tied to a previously registered Faceit account I no longer use. I immediately submitted a support ticket and was asked to provide my email address, which I did.
However, instead of resolving the issue, my new account's email was somehow linked to the old, inactive account. I’ve reached out multiple times since then, requesting a proper fix, but I have received no resolution or meaningful response.
This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve purchased Premium on my new account and successfully verified it. I’m now stuck with a paid account that I can’t even properly use due to this Steam integration issue.
I demand that Faceit support unlink my Steam from the old inactive account and attach it to my current, verified one without further delay. I expect immediate action and a proper response to my ongoing support requests.
