Glass of My New Vestel Stove Broke By Itself!

On September 6th, the glass of my electric stove, which I bought as a set from Vestel, broke for a reason I still don't understand and cracked all the...
I bought a cooktop set made by Esty from the Silverline store. But, when I was using the glass cooktop, it suddenly broke into pieces, causing a huge explosion that sent glass shards flying everywhere. Thankfully, we weren't standing right in front of the stove, or the glass flying could have seriously hurt us. I called customer service right away, but they told me that the product was no longer under warranty and couldn't be replaced. I'm really worried about your response because if a glass cooktop can break by itself, it's not just a problem with the warranty. It could mean that there's something wrong with how it was made. Instead of dealing with this important safety issue, they brush it off by saying it's not covered by the warranty. Who would be to blame if someone got hurt? It looks like they don't really care about being responsible as a company. We've learned our lesson and won't buy their products again. Esty is something I regret. I even tried reaching out to the manufacturer directly, but they didn't respond. Being truly professional means taking responsibility for the products and services you offer.

This is both dangerous and shocking, and I need immediate guidance on how to proceed. Is a glass replacement possible, or will the entire unit need to be replaced...
I bought a built-in oven set from a Beko store, and just two days after installation, I used the oven for the first time to cook a meal. About 15 minutes into baking, the inner glass panel of the oven suddenly exploded—with a loud, violent burst like a bomb. Glass shards flew all over my kitchen. I...
