Esty Customer Service Fail! Faulty Cooktop, No Stock, Refund Delays
I bought a new Esty built-in cooktop. The service team set it up, but unfortunately, the product was faulty. On November 16th, the product was returned to its original packaging. Even though I contact them daily, they still haven't gotten the cooktop in stock, which means I can't buy a new one right now. If the cooktop doesn't arrive within 30 business days, I will take the necessary steps to address the issue. Although I cannot provide feedback on the product's quality, the customer service performance is subpar. If the issue had been anticipated, I wouldn't have selected this brand. It's been quite a frustrating experience.
