I placed an order for three items from Rossmann, but two arrived with serious issues. The website states a 1-3 day shipping time, yet my package took 7 days to arrive, even though I don’t live in a rural area. When I finally received it, I wished it never came.
One item, the Holly Wood Glow Face and Body Luminizer, looked used. The packaging had no protective seal, the pump had residue, and upon checking inside, it was clearly not new. The second item, Essence Maximum Definition Mascara, was even worse—it arrived without a brush!
This was my first and last online purchase from Rossmann. I demand a refund or replacement immediately!
