I Received an Empty Bobbi Brown Blushing Peach Eye Shadow

I ordered several products from Bobbi Brown, including the Blushing Peach eye shadow stick. When my package arrived, I was shocked to find that the eye shadow stick was completely empty. The outer packaging was intact, and the product was sealed, but when I twisted the stick open, there was absolutely nothing inside—no product at all. It’s extremely frustrating to receive what is essentially an empty tube after paying full price for it.
Naturally, I reached out to Bobbi Brown’s customer service team expecting a prompt resolution, but I was met with indifference. Their lack of urgency and empathy really disappointed me. I was not offered a replacement or refund right away, and it felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all.
This is not what I expected from a brand like Bobbi Brown. I trusted their name and quality, but now I’m left questioning that trust. I urge Bobbi Brown to fix this issue immediately and improve their customer support. Customers deserve better than to pay for empty products and receive cold responses when seeking help.
