Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Stick Broke Within a Month of Purchase From Official Website

Around two months ago, I purchased an eyeshadow stick from Bobbi Brown’s official website. To my disappointment, within less than a month of use, the product showed serious quality issues. Despite handling it with care, the stick broke easily and slid out of its packaging, making it unusable.

This kind of poor packaging and fragility is unacceptable for a premium brand like Bobbi Brown. I expect much higher durability and quality standards, especially at this price level.

So far, I have not contacted customer service, and I am aware that the product may not technically be under warranty. However, it is unreasonable for a high-end cosmetic product to become damaged so quickly under normal use.

I am requesting a refund for this defective eyeshadow stick and expect Bobbi Brown to resolve this issue fairly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. I can provide my order number if necessary.
