I Face Allergy And Brush Issue With Essence Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara

I have been a frequent user of the Essence Extreme Crazy Volume mascara and have even recommended it to many people around me. However, today I experienced a serious problem that caused an allergic reaction in my eye. The issue is that the mascara brush picks up an excessive amount of product. No matter how much I try to scrape off the excess on the rim of the tube, as soon as I apply it to my lashes, too much product enters my eye, causing irritation and discomfort.

This has never happened to me before with this mascara, which makes the problem even more concerning. The brush seems to be poorly designed or faulty, taking on far too much mascara at once.

I kindly request Essence to address this issue immediately—either by reviewing the brush design or improving quality control—so that loyal customers like myself do not experience such harmful side effects again.
