I Bought Mion Essence Mascara and It Caused My Eyelashes to Fall Out

I recently purchased the Essence mascara from Mion for the first time, and I’m beyond disappointed with the results. After just one use, I noticed my eyelashes starting to fall out—something that has never happened to me with any other mascara before. On top of that, the product crumbles as it dries, and those dry mascara flakes end up all over my eye area throughout the day, making my eyes itchy and irritated.

This is completely unacceptable for a product that’s meant to enhance beauty. Instead, it’s causing damage. I want to understand why this is happening and if the product is even safe for use. Mion and Essence need to take responsibility for this and investigate immediately.

I expect a full explanation, and if necessary, compensation.
