I Face Connectivity Failure and Misleading Ads on eSIM io in Spain

I am writing this complaint live from Seville, Spain, where I have been left completely stranded without internet due to eSIM io.
To ensure reliability, we tried the service twice on two different phones, paying separately both times. Despite these efforts, the app never installed properly, and we spent the entire day struggling with it. Not once were we able to connect to the internet, even though the service was heavily promoted through targeted ads as a convenient travel solution.
This experience has caused major disruption to my trip. Instead of enjoying my holiday, I wasted valuable time trying to troubleshoot an app that simply does not work. The advertising is misleading, suggesting easy activation and seamless connectivity abroad, but the reality is the opposite.
I demand a full refund for both failed purchases and a formal explanation of why the service does not function as advertised. eSIM io should be held accountable for leaving travelers without internet access and for misleading customers through false advertising.
