I’ve purchased several themes on Envato in the past without issue, but during my most recent theme purchase attempt, my account was suddenly locked right after the transaction. The payment was reversed and sent back to my bank, but now I’m left completely locked out of my account.
I urgently need access to the purchase codes of the themes I previously bought. I’ve emailed Envato’s support dozens of times, clearly explaining the situation, and all I got was a cold, dismissive response that essentially said: “We can’t activate your account, and we hope you’re not reading this.” That’s extremely unprofessional and frankly insulting.
It’s unacceptable that I can’t even retrieve the license information for products I legally paid for. What kind of platform blocks users from their own purchases without giving any explanation or real support? It feels like they’re discriminating based on location or account origin.
I no longer care about getting a new theme—I’ll build one myself. But I want full access to my previous purchases and licenses. Envato must unlock my account or send me the purchase codes I paid for. Otherwise, I’ll make sure others know how this platform treats paying customers.
