I Can’t Buy a Theme on Envato — Account Locked After Payment Attempt


I tried purchasing a theme through my Envato account, but right after entering my payment details, I received an “auto lock” error and was completely blocked from continuing the transaction. Not only did the system prevent me from buying the product, but it also locked my account without explanation. I reached out to customer support via the help section, and they told me they would follow up—but I’ve received no response since.
Now I’m worried that the payment might have gone through despite the error. I’ve read that other users experienced similar issues and still had money withdrawn from their accounts. I want to know: Will Envato charge my card? And how am I supposed to buy a license if I can’t even log in or complete a purchase?
I signed up to Envato expecting a smooth experience with professional service, but this situation has shaken my trust. Envato must resolve this issue immediately, unlock my account, and provide a reliable path for me to complete my purchase securely. I also expect clear confirmation that no funds were deducted. This is basic customer service and transparency, which I believe a company of this size should uphold.
