I Can’t Access My Envato Account and Get “Account Locked” at Payment Stage

I already have an active Envato account, but for some reason, I am unable to log in properly. Even when I manage to access the platform, the moment I try to complete a subscription payment, the system redirects me to an “Account Locked” page without any explanation.
This keeps happening automatically during the checkout process, and I am left completely confused. There’s no error message that explains the issue, no guidance on how to fix it, and absolutely no live support available to help. I don’t understand why my account would be locked before I’ve even completed a transaction — especially since I’ve followed every step correctly.
Envato must immediately investigate this and restore full access to my account. If there is a verification or billing issue, clear communication is essential. Right now, I’m stuck in a loop with no way to subscribe, no downloads, and no idea how to move forward. Please fix this problem and allow me to use the service I came to pay for.
