I’ve been trying to create and use an account on Envato Elements, but no matter what I do, the system won’t let me in. I first tried signing up via email, then with my Google account, but both methods resulted in repeated login errors. Even when the account creation seems to go through, I immediately encounter technical issues that prevent me from logging in or subscribing.
Despite entering correct payment and login information, I still can’t complete a monthly subscription. I’ve even tested this process using three different accounts, but each one fails during either the login or checkout stage. There’s no clear explanation for these errors, and no support response to help resolve them.
This experience is incredibly frustrating — especially when I’m actively trying to pay for the service. If this is how new users are welcomed, it raises serious concerns about platform reliability. Envato must urgently resolve this issue and ensure users can register, log in, and subscribe without technical obstacles. I expect a fix and proper communication immediately.
