I Can’t Log Into My Envato Elements Account or Start a Paid Subscription

I’ve been trying to sign up for a monthly subscription on Envato Elements, but the platform has been nothing but frustrating. I created an account using both my email and Google login, yet every attempt to log in fails, constantly giving me error messages. I double-checked my email, password, and even my payment information—everything is correct on my end.

Despite multiple tries from different browsers and devices, I still can’t access my account or proceed with the paid subscription. It’s unacceptable that a professional platform offering premium content can’t handle something as basic as account access and payment processing.

I expected a smooth onboarding experience, but this has been anything but. I’ve wasted time and energy for a service I haven’t even been able to use. Envato support needs to urgently fix this login issue and help me activate my subscription—or give me a clear explanation. Otherwise, I’ll be forced to take my business elsewhere.
